These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 77ph6 platform, including all games, betting services, account management, bonuses, and payment transactions. Please read them carefully before registering or using any service offered by 77ph6.

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing online gambling. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 77ph6 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You must be located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of the Platform is legal. Players located in Restricted Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 77ph6 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounting registrations is strictly prohibited. 77ph6 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a Player and to forfeit all balances if multiple accounts are detected.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Corporate Accounts. Accounts may only be registered in the name of a natural person. Registrations made in the name of a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity are not permitted.
3.6 Self-Exclusion Check. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from any gambling platform or who have enrolled in a national gambling self-exclusion register are not permitted to register with 77ph6. If you are subject to any active self-exclusion order, you must not attempt to register.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. 77ph6 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
4.2 You agree to notify 77ph6 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 77ph6 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 All transactions and game activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you, unless you have notified 77ph6 of a security breach in accordance with Clause 4.2.
4.4 77ph6 implements two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for logins from unrecognized devices. You agree to provide a valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages and to keep that number current in your Account settings.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 77ph6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform.
5.2 Currency. All accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a transaction is initiated in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate determined by 77ph6 at the time of the transaction. 77ph6 does not charge a currency conversion fee, but the exchange rate applied may differ from interbank rates.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) all wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be satisfied; (c) the requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your current real-money Balance; and (d) your Account must be in good standing with no active investigation or suspension.
5.4 Processing Times. 77ph6 endeavors to process approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing may be delayed during periods of high demand or due to payment provider delays outside 77ph6's control.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, 77ph6 requires that all withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. 77ph6 may request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests and reserves the right to delay payment pending completion of AML review.
Note: 77ph6 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in Account suspension.
6.1 From time to time, 77ph6 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms published for each individual promotion.
6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
6.3 Bonuses and promotions are intended for recreational player use only. 77ph6 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any activity designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in good-faith recreational gambling.
6.4 Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit at 77ph6 and may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
6.5 77ph6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing wagering requirements in progress at the time of modification will be honored under the terms in force at the time the bonus was credited.
7.1 All games available on the 77ph6 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or physical dealing equipment with real-time monitoring, as applicable to the game type. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published on the Platform and are independently certified.
7.2 77ph6 reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or wager where a technical malfunction, software error, or data transmission failure occurs that materially affects the outcome. In the event of a void, all stakes for the affected round will be returned to the respective player wallets.
7.3 For sports betting markets, 77ph6 relies on official results announced by the relevant governing body or league. Where an official result is subsequently changed, amended, or contested, 77ph6 reserves the right to apply the original settlement or to re-settle affected bets in accordance with the applicable sport's governing body ruling.
7.4 Maximum payout limits apply to individual bet settlements across all game types and are displayed on the Platform at the point of wagering. Winnings in excess of stated payout limits will be capped at the published maximum.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ph6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.2 77ph6's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.
11.3 77ph6 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur from time to time. 77ph6 will endeavor to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 77ph6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 77ph6 may suspend or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 77ph6 is required to do so by law or regulatory order; (c) 77ph6 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your Account; or (d) 77ph6 ceases to operate the Platform or any material portion of it.
12.3 Upon termination of your Account for any reason, any real-money Balance in your Account will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of termination will be forfeited.
12.4 You may close your Account at any time by contacting 77ph6 support via live chat or email. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing online gaming operations serving the Philippine market.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 77ph6 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 77ph6's customer support process. Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Username]." 77ph6 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
13.4 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by any law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
